I haven't had any problems with feeding alfalfa pellets. I just put them in a seperate bowl and sooner or later they are gone. Baby would eat them when he wanted and which might have been once or twice a week. He thought that these were treats. He would beet up the Guinna Pig for her's. LOL He also would go in spirts of eating them. None at all and then every day. Guanna also eats them every day. I don't think that she eats tons but she does eat them every day.
