Hi,
I would NEVER use any kind of 'litter' with an Iguana. The reason is that the durn things can't even turn around without dabbing their tongues all over everything.
An Ig's tongue it built much different than, say, a monitor's. Monitors flicker their tongues like a snake, seldom actually touching anything ang never picking up debries. Igs, on the other hand, sort of taste their way along and anything that gets stuck to the tongue may be ingested with possibly disasterous results.
Best bet I think, is a machine-washable piece of carpet. I've heard of them being kept on Astro-turf.
Luck,
filthy
: Does anyone use this for their iguana? and is it worth trying.
