I am still waiting for literature on this idea from the zoo, but I was told this condition is called rear leg extension. He said it is common in young bearded dragons which has comsumed prey too large. I do feed crickets, but seldom anything large. If I find any other info, I'll pass it on in case any other D.I owners seek info on this site. I hope you don't mind me joining in on everyones forum.
