If I didn't "have time" to read sources, care sheets AND these forums, my GGI would be eating monkey chow and insects. The book I got with my iguana purchase recommended these things, and was copyright 1992. For the sake of your animal, I would suggest you make time to read as many sources of UPDATED information you can find, and then make your own decisions. I don't necessarily feed my GGI the same diet say, BabyHerp does, but, from what I've read, and the research I've done I am content in what he does get. We are not robots here, for goodness sake! :)
