iZ's mom is 100% right, but she missed one small eetsy-bitsy point:
a sudden change of diet may cuse a problem to the igregarding eating the darn good food.

If you eat FISH all your life, and suddenly someone throws in a T-Bone for ya, will you eat it right away? NO. But, if given a "Surf-n'-Turf", you may more willingly, since the change is gradual, and MIXED.

Same goes for the ig. INCLUDE a SMALL % of lettuce in the CORRECT diet, to trick the little green b*st*rd, and with progress, completely ELIMINATE the lettuce.
Follow the given links, kep in mind this small tip, and you'll be ok.

: lettuce is basically iggy junk food, it has very, very little nutritional value + it's worthless as part of an ig diet ... get some collard greens, mustard greens or dandelion greens and throw out the lettuce! your ig may throw a temper tantrum + not eat for a couple days, but he *has* to learn to eat good food and you *have* to learn what is good and what isn't ... lose the kidney beans + fruit for now too ...
