lettuce is basically iggy junk food, it has very, very little nutritional value + it's worthless as part of an ig diet ... get some collard greens, mustard greens or dandelion greens and throw out the lettuce! your ig may throw a temper tantrum + not eat for a couple days, but he *has* to learn to eat good food and you *have* to learn what is good and what isn't ... lose the kidney beans + fruit for now too ...
