Ig Diet?

What is the best diet for iguana's. I know they should get a variety of things...and is it good to use protein supplements or not. I hear of ig's dying at a young age because they were fed these supps...

What is a good schedule. example..

Monday-Romaine lettuce Tuesday-small bits of fruit w/ romaine lettuce..etc.
