YES!!!! wait some extra time even AFTER YOU can't smell it anymore!!!! remember your ig'll be confined in there all day (at least) and even if it's only a faint odor TO YOU, it could be very overpowering to a little guy, stuck in there all day with 100 degree temps too!!!!
try putting a fan in there to help air it out ... i let iZ's old condo air out for a good 2 weeks AFTER it dried ..... it's HARD TO WAIT!!!!!! *grin* but really, "better safe than sorry" applies in this case!
