I have always been told that the commercial diet food isn't a good idea. I think most of the folks on this forum are all in agreement that a variety of fresh greens and vegetables are the way to go. If your guy is still little, don't buy in such big quantities. Also, after preparing your igs salad for the week, store it in an airtight container, it seems to last longer and stays fresher. My ig has never eaten commercial diet food, just a large variety of greens, vegetables and occasional fruit as a treat and she is a big, fat, happy three year old.
