shopped all over for vitmins for iZ ... *sigh* ... children's vitamins seem to have *just* vitamins, nothing like iron, phosphorus which i'm also trying to avoid ...
i don't think there's anything known about daily requirement needs for igs yet ... but would appreciate any thoughts ... esp. on the D3 amounts since BabyHerp was talking about that a few posts down ...
below is the contents for 1 tablet ... they're made for 2-4 yr olds ... using weight as a guide + assuming a 2 yo child weighs about 25 lbs, iZ weighs 9 lbs which would be 36% of a tablet ... to err on the side of caution, i'd reduce that to 1/4 tablet per day ...

1 tablet = (1/4 tablet)
vitamin A ~ 2500 I.U. ~ (625 U.I.)
vitamin C ~ 235 mg ~ (58.75 mg)
vitamin D ~ 400 I.U. ~ (100 U.I.)
vitamin E ~ 15 I.U. ~ (3.75 U.I.)
vitamin K ~ 5 mcg ~ (1.25 mcg)
Thiamin ~ 1.1 mg ~ (.275 mg)
Riboflavin ~ 1.2 mg ~ (.3 mg)
Niacin ~ 14 mg ~ (3.5 mg)
B6 ~ 1 mg ~ (.25 mg)
Folate ~ .3 mg ~ (.075 mg)
B12 ~ 5 mcg ~ (1.25 mcg)
