As an addition once in a while to your igs salad surely won't harm your ig but there are so many other foods to give that are yummy and better for iggie than legumes. Here's a link to USDA Nutrient Database...investigate foods you'd like to give your ig just pay particular attention to calcium:phosphorus ratios....you want to strive for at least 2xs as much calcium as phosphorus. Everything else...sparingly, in moderation, and offer a variety of foods...we can only TRY and duplicate an igs dietary needs....no one knows for sure
