foreign objects?

miss lizzy has been opening her mouth wide open and coughing really hard like. she is still eating(not like usual though).
i usually open up her cage and let her roam the house every day but she wont get out now. she has not been pooping either. do you think she may have swallowed something or does it sound more like a respiratory infection? i keep her cage warm and humid.
