UVB bulbs, is this OK!

I have a 24 inch ESU Desert Reptile with reflector strip, it says
7% UVB output on the box, are these bulbs OK! I heard they were better
than Vita-lite which have very low UVB output, but I'm sure Repti-sun 5.0
is the best, got one ordered gonna use it in 6 months! Just want to make
sure my ESU 7% is any good at all?
