Ok, me again-cage idea, biting, more......

Hi, Just want to say I really appreciate the ideas and time, I know I post a lot, but seems
I always got questions! First, I have decided to keep only one iguana, looking a home for my friends
IG Hulio , that lives in 10G, got any ideas? If I can't find one I would love to take him to some kind
of rescue/adoption place--I live in EAstern North Carolina, not sure of one close??? Just want him cared for!!
About mine, I just hope he quits biting, never tried to claw me and only whipped his tail once, I just don't want
him to get big and take a hunk out or a finger, anyone ever been bitten by an IG and it did damage???? When mine goes
to sleep he rarely wakes up even when I turn the light on, sleeps with his arms in the air behind his back(really cool).
I've decided to build him a wood frame cage with wire mesh around 3 sides 7X4X7--as a wood and glass cage would be very expensive!!
I keep all my reptiles in a 300 square foot room so I can control the temp! Also, what grade of wire mesh do you recommend??
Any pics of cages like this around???? I was considering, letting him have the whole room, but I have a 20G w/ Leopard Gecko, but its covered.
Also, have 30G, 2-55G with turtles that are open with basking areas, so I would hate for the IG to get in the water or harrass the turts.
I have kept turts for 6 years! Any ideas about my cage? Wire mesh, etc....??? Can IG's turn on you at anytime and decide to bite, no matter how
well you have tamed them?? I hate to use gloves! Maybe he will give off warning signs if he don't want to be picked up? Know of any?
I know you can't discipline them like a dog if ever bitten, right? I probably worry too much, but I will learn with time!!
