Everyone already told you just about all there is to start.Good luck and as Joan said,,,don't panic now save it for furture times,,and believe us,,,you WILL panic in the furture!!
We use live and silk plants in our cages,,but ours free roam for the most part all day and only go into their cages at nite.We do have hide boxes for all our kids,,,they like their privicey.Even if it's just enough for their heads and shoulders.Lots of hidey places for them makes them feel safe.
Feel free to come in an ask any and all questions you might run across,,and second thing,,,find a good HERP vet NOW.Don't wait,you will need one.I also would get a fecal done on him if he hasn't had one recently for parasites.
Good luck and you're gonna love your new baby.
