My first guess is yes you need to have them surgically removed.She might need that help and x-rays to make sure all are laid.Have you fixed u p a dig box for her?Has she been digging constantly?Is her health good with lots of sunshine and exercise?
I personally wouldn't take a chance,,I'd get her to a reptile vet.
