We have a fabulous farmer's market down the road that is now overflowing with all kinds of strange greens. My usual purchases include dandelion, watercress, mustard, collard, escarole, endive. Today I saw something I couldn't recoginize & it looked so fresh I asked what it was-- Mong Choy. I didn't know if it was good for igs so I didn't get any but that got me wondering about a lot of veggies I see and figured I'd ask you guys about all of them at once. So here is my list in question:
Mong Choy
Shanghi Bok Choy
Yu Choy
Bukchoy
Choy Sum
Kailahn
Arrugula
Swiss Chard
Rapini
Please do tell which are okay to feed the lizards because I love to let them try new things and Slee is very open minded at this age and a great eater!
Thanks...
P.S. I do supplement with squashes, sweet potatos, fruit etc-- I'm just curious about the expansion of my greens library!
