: that is weird! : does it shed right? : some old skin may be rapped very tightly around it, but then again you would have seen it, and "helped" it shed. : possible internal injury as well, or some problem with the muscles of the tail. : best thing to do is to go to a vet. : trust me, you and the ig will feel better. : hopefully someone will clearly help you out on this one. still though, a vet is the best choice when dealing with these problems. : keep us info'ed! : : my iguanas tail seems wierd, : : she is four foot long, and the first foot of her tail (from base) seems to be stiff and inflexible, but then the tail is normal for the rest of the way down. : : Is this normal? if she is in a tight space she can't turn around because the tail is ss stiff.
