When I took my girl to the vet I asked about this, the vet told me they are highly sensitive animals and are sometimes difficult to pull out of sedation. She told me it was so risky that people don't just routinly get their Iggs fixed like dogs and cats. If she has problems laying I was told to consider it with possile consiquences.
