Yet another force-feeding question...sorry...

Since, both before and after her surgery Booger wasn't eating, she had gotten a little bit thin. She's filling out again, as I keep nursing her each day. And she is more and more active :)

But, I have a new question (surprise, surprise)...

Since a healthy ig will basically eat until he/she is full (or so I keep reading), how do I know how much to force Booger to eat?

As she was recovering, I had been increasing each day how much I tried to give her. One day I did obviously give her too many leaves, as some of them were still undigested when she pooped. Since then, I have been giving her less, but is there any way to know what is the "right" amount to feed her.
