I was wondering something, do you have a UVB light in this cage? IF so, is it within 18" of the iguanas?
Also, as your iguanas get older, they may begin to start fighting for territory, if this happens, the loss of fingers/toes/tails, is not surprising. You may have to separate them.
I would suggest researching their diets and adjusting what you are feeding them. Mouth rot is not something that happens natural but is caused by husbandry ( whether it's a poor diet or not enough UVB lighting, or temperatures are not high enough in the cage, etc...) I would make sure during the day that the cage temps are around 95 degrees.
