Jub is an anti-social ....the constant change is what subdues him. back & forth....until the honeymoon is over then look out...since you are in the rescue biz...I suggest you keep him caged and isolated from not only yourself but your other igs, reptiles as well believe me its just a matter of time before you or another rep is his victim. The ONLY thing that turned my anti-socialized rescued male ig around was getting him neutered at $500.00 bucks very difficult to place such a reptile. Since he is back up for adoption I suggest you STRONGLY recommend ONLY experienced ig owners for Jub Jub...if not you are bound to duplicate the previous placement problem. Please do NOT try to mislead anyone or not disclose the potential danger that inexperienced people are in when adopting a reptile such as Jub-Jub (a voice of experience) I know Im just wasting space with that last remark because you sound like a very responsible rescuer. I wish you luck. So many variables at work here...breeding season, changes, unsocialized, abused, neglected, sick.....who knows...could try some diet changes hibiscus flowers(estrogen),wild yam root(natural progesterone),B-complex vitamins, chamomile... and see if that doesn't help some, plus reducing the photoperiods. He needs some MAJOR WORK/HELP...not for any novice!
Just my 2cents!
Gina
