So many variables at work here...breeding season, changes, unsocialized, abused, neglected, sick.....who knows...could try some diet changes hibiscus flowers(estrogen),wild yam root(natural progesterone),B-complex vitamins, chamomile... and see if that doesn't help some, plus reducing the photoperiods. He needs some MAJOR WORK/HELP...not for any novice!
