In Reply to: Is it ok to stain a wood cage? Thanks Harry's Dad and IZ's Mom and everyone! posted by IG27 on January 09, 2000 at 11:53:47:
First off, here's a suggest to think about with your cage plan. You could make it screened on three sides or four, which ever you want and then install for winter use, wood paneling on all the upper parts of the cage, less the front. For the front use plexi-glass, so you can see your iguana. When warmer weather comes around, just unscrew and remove the paneling sections and you have an open-air screened cage.
Now as far as the cage pictures go....I'm having a bit of a problem with my equipment! My scanner software decided I don't have a scanner sittin' by my computer. I've reloaded the software and up dated it too and still nothing. I've removed the software and unplugged the unit and rebooted and still can't get it to locate my scanner. So until I can find what the problem is, I can't scan any pictures for you. Sorry.
But I am still trying to get Sue to send you the information on the diet part of it.
