Thanks for the advice! I think the care sheets are the best idea! I decided to make little booklets for each animal.
We have gained some headway with the water dragon -increased the humidity in his enclosure and he is eating 3 crickets with about a few tsp. of iguana salad per day. We need more crickets so I plan on picking up some mealworms as well. The increase in humidity already has him looking better, from the pale grey to a deep green. We also added a 5.0 uvb source and a better basking light!
The iguana is eating like a champ -putting away between 1/4 and a 1/2 cup of food a day! We also upped his baking spot and humidity.
I have a call in to my vet -I'm going to ask him to run through water dragon care with me. Depending on what he says -we might just take the animals over for a look see. Even if I ultimately end up paying for the visit I'd feel better that they were both seen.
