I have 2 suggestions, 1. Purchase heat packs.
These are packs can be purchased at hunting/fishing stores and are about 99 cents each. They last around 8-12 hours.

2. Purchase a coleman cook stove and have a supply of fuel tanks with it. You can heat up water and use a water bottle to keep your igs warm. You can also use the cook stove for your own use too. If you don't have electicity, you can at least cook food on this stove.

Hope we don't have to use anyone of these...but you never know what's going to happen at the end of the month.
