Our Ig is about 3yrs old. Last year she layed eggs, finally
after being egg-bound, right off her branch. There were eggs
all over the place. This time, she won't eat, has held onto eggs
since around September (yes, I know that's impossible, but we have
had her examined periodically by a herp vet and she still has the eggs.
We have had to force-feed her baby food with a syringe for that
length of time. Now, in the past couple of days, she has vomited
when fed. When my wife gets near her, she starts retching (my
wife is really a nice person, but she worrys alot, and maybe the
herp picks up the negativity.) I have much better luck, so I am the
designated feeder. She has a huge cage, UVB, heaters, etc.
We don't want to loose her. The vet suggested a deeper nesting box
nearer to her basking branch, and more blood-work. We are going broke
with these vet bills. Any suggestions? Please CC: your reply
to me at redorman@theofficenet.com. Thanks.
