Hi everyone,
Once every few days, I make up a big salad of greens, (collard,
mustard, etc) veggies, (squash, green beans, yams, etc)and grated
up fruit,(apples, pear, etc) My question is, should I be cooking the
all the veggies?? Or maybe just some of them? I read on an
ig site that the veggies should be cooked?? It seems to me that
they should be raw for maximum vitamins? What's the deal with that?
Also, just to let you all know, my newest girl, Mork (I didn't name her!)
is doing so much better. I don't know what kind of long tern damage
being fed crickets did to her but she's coming along nicely.
It's amazing what tons of California sun can to do for an iguana.
That and lots of TLC!!!! She almost looks green, and not so boney
anymore.
Leslie
