Free roaming and UVB question

I have an iguana, Sweet Pea, who is doing great at free roaming. I have a ceramic heater that is suspended over one of my printers and since she picked this spot, at the junction of two windows, she LOVES to spend time here. What is the best way to offer her the UVB lighting? For now, she will stay at this spot as it is winter in NY and this is the only place she can bask. What do most of you do at warmer times of the year to guarentee free roaming iguanas get their UVB?
