Thank goodness Elmo had a good and loving parent in his little life.I do believe deep down,,that they know it when they are loved.He knew he was.Deepest sympathies from us all.
Hopefully someone will have some insight as to the plight of these babies and will give you some ideas as to what might be done.Right now,,all I can do is cry for the little hero Elmo who fought so hard to live.SorrySue1
