Well if the whole "FYI" speach was just about that, then I think it would be a bit of an overreaction. :) But I'm pretty sure that this was just the straw that broke cwatbay's back. (cw is the only one who can confim this) I've been getting increasingly disgusted with certain attiudes in the forum lately, not only because of peole attacking each other, but because of long drawn out, soap box rants about off topic subjects (which I am guilty of participating in as well) that do nothing but stir up the forum and are usually misunderstood anyway. There are also certain people that do nothing but attempt to make otheres they have deemed their enemies seem foolish. There are quite a few such rivaries that have added to the stupidity going on in the forum. However, all this does, is make "vetran" posters apprehensive of newer forum members, and quick to judge any unconventional thoughts or statements, starting the cycle all over again.

I blame all of these problems on Jeff Lemm. He started all of this trouble by going to Australia and making everyone jelous. His continued bragging about lacies he finds around his new residence does nothing but cause friction in the forums. It's all his fault.

In all seriousness, most of these problems can be traced back to one or two "trouble makers". It just seems like there are many of them, as they post under multiple aliases. I for one am leaving the Monitor forum for a few weeks and wait for sanity to return. :) My whole point is that people tend to take things far too personnaly, and they often forget that they are just on a webpage that has little to do with the real world. :)
