The best way is to have a vertical door that opens. That way the iguana will not push up and push the lights off. I have three porcelin bases screwed into the top of Sammy's cage. The UVB light is screwed into the side, closer to her basking spot. You might be able to find a handy man that would install the porcelin bases which switches on the side of the cage. This makes the whole process easier. And with the base screwed in there will not be any knocking lamps over.
