i weighed iZ on the 'big dog' scale at the good vet's last week ... he's down to 8.4 pounds ...was 11 pounds a month ago ... *heavy sigh* ...

he's not eating AT ALL ... hasn't for a week ... all he's done for the last 2 wks is drink + drink + drink water like crazy ... then last night he quit drinking the water ... started giving him tube feedings last night ... Gerber baby food/Infalyte ... more emphasis on the infalyte right now ... (the nurses at work gave me detailed instructions of how to put a feeding tube down an itty bitty throat ...) it worked fantastic and was actually less stressful than trying to squirt it into his mouth + hope he'd swallow it ... cuz he wouldn't swallow, he'd spit it out ...

he tried to pee on the new (YECHY) vet today ... hehehe ... (i agree with his opinion) ... but she checked out the sample and said it has crystals in it ... but then added that she didn't know what that meant ....

anyway ...
