Today we had one of the three most scariest things happen to us. The first scariest being the premature birth of our youngest almost 3 yrs ago (sorry her bdayis comming up and its always a reflecting time with her, shes healthy but has asthma)
The second scariets being a year and half ago when teh next door neighbors trailer (yes I live in a trailer park and NO im not trash, ive been told that before) burnt to the ground and started to take ours with us, this was when all I had was three kids and two dogs so easy to grab them all, put the dogs in the car went to leave and the battery was dead took the kids across the street while the fire department worked the dogs were still in the car but safe.

Today main breaker goes no biggie go flip it back it goes again I look and smell buring rubber. Grab the kids and get out of the house the neighbor turns off the power going from the breaker outside off. I run the kids to there gma's praying all the way that the wiring not having the power going through it would prevent a fire, the electric company being no help because its INSIDE the house. I drive 75 miles an hour back home (NO KIDS IN The CAR) praying all the way that every one of the critter crew was safe (two dogs, a rabbit, a guniea pig, and our iguana). My thoughts were this. Id throw leashes on the two dogs, put the bunny and guniea pig in the bigger crate I have and double D in the smaller one and stack them in the car and head off to one of the gma's house to safe haven if needed. What or how would you set something up in a situation like that? How long could they go without the proper set up they need? I am planning on next week buying at least one more crate incase something like this happens as I dont know if the rabbit and guniea pig would hurt each other in such a tight space. Luckily no fire happened we had the main hot wire comming into the house loosed and crossed with another wire it ended up melting the hot wire and burning part of the wires inside it, hubby knowing electrical stuff he was able to fix it we are watching it guardidly tonight but dont expect any problems. What or how do you evacuate with yoru iggys?
