Cleo free roams, too, although she stays on her shelves most of the time. I think it's best to "follow the ig", too We gave her a shelf in the front window of our sunroom, and when I'm here at home, she can get the sunshine thru the screen. When it got really hot, she decided to live on top of our VCR which is on top of our entertainment center.(On the other side of the sunroom) So of course, to accomodate the Queen, we set up a shelf there, too, with her vita lights, and soon with all the stuff to keep her warm at night.(Since our AL nights are getting cooler, now) It's really not as hard as it might seem...I've already told alot of people here about my little shelf potato. She seems very happy to stay put and look down upon the commoners. She only comes down to potty, and although she WAS going by herself to the tub, then we put a little fishy pond in the sunroom, and she totally broke her training. That was just too good to pass up...her own personal spa. (Nevermind the turtle who was trying to live there) So, the fishpond is now history...the potty thing is the biggest problem we had to deal with. But I'm home alot, so I can make sure she gets where she needs to "go"!
