I'm guessing your ig is some what free roaming if it is going outside of it cage. My ig is a free roamer so I'll start by telling you what I did. At first I would give him baths every day and he would go in the tub. I would scoop out the big stuff with a cup and flush it then I would wash out the tub and scrub it. This got to bet to much of a job, he didn't like the water, and some time I wouldn't get to him on time and he would end up going on our coffee table or the couch( good thing it's fake leather and some what easy to clean). Anyway so what I did is I put a liter box in the bathroom I put newspaper in the bottem and shreded paper on top. I would take him to his box everyday when I would take my shower. After that if he went anywhere but his box or at least next to his box I would show him his poop and tell him no bad Angus and then I would show him his box and tell that the bathroom. Then he would get time out in his cage a hour or two depending how mad he made me and where he went, (he hates being locked in his cage). Like Cirsisue said it takes time, iguana's are creatures of habit. Maybe her water has not been warm enough for her or maybe it's to close to the area in which she spends most of her time. I know Angus doesn't like to go to the bathroom anywhere near his area. Another thing to remember is that a lot of time if change the iguana's environment say a different cage or moving them to a different room or house you will have to retrain them. I don't know about your set up so I maybe able to help more if you give more details. Another method you can use if you live in a warm climate is taking her for walks out side like would a dog. The warmth and sun help them digest their food and go the bathroom better.
Sorry about the long post but this is something I have done well with and am very proud of my little boy learning. I hope some of my babeling helps. Good luck ^^^Sam^^^
