Please help me!

My Ig has a big black bowl with water in it, it is her potty she hasnt gone to the bathroom lately she might be sneaking out and going on some diry clothes of under my bed just know she took a big dump outside her ENCLOSURE whats wrong why wont she use her potty and is it normal that her poop is covered with a runny clear substanceit is really gross
plz help me out i cant take much more of this
