Can someone please help??

I was wondering what kind of Iguana I should get. Another thing,
I've heard that Green Igg's get up to 6 feet. I now a person who has a Green Iguana thats only 3 feet and it is'nt growing any more! What's that all about????? Well, anyways thank you very much for any future help. John
