diet ?

Lately I haven't been able to find very good greens so I have been tring a few things and wanted to see what you all thought.
I've been buying prepackaged Spring Salad by Dole. It has baby greens in it. I forgot to bring the bag so I could tell you what exactly is in it. I do know that it has endive and baby mustard greens. I've been adding what ever good greens I can find to it, which is usually just one collard or mustard greens. Another idea I had was canned greens. I have found canned collard and turnip greens. I checked the can for sodium and it was under 10mg. I still not sure if Angus would even eat the canned greens but I figured I ask if any one has input. Other than that any ideas to help me feed during bad crop season would help. Angus has only eaten freash veggies and i will not feed him anything from a pet store!
