Fortunately Im one of those people who want to know why people are putting these lamps down...not just 'don't use em cuz I'm a self proclaimed igspert'....lol. Just research them on your own...I think they'd be ideal for igs in a converted room, large enclosure (I got pretty low wattage lamps for my two enclosures a 100 & 300 w flood)and the igs will be roughly 3-4 ft. away from the light,with their backs away from the light. I'll keep ya posted.

Thanks! I will keep my ears up if I hear anything, now my 2 enclosures are much too small for them, I may consider trying them once they are free roaming in a room of their own...in another year or so. Hear in New England the weather is unpredictable so I have to keep them under the lights during bad weather, which is tough when I'm home they hear me and want to come out!! 12-14 hours a day in the cage is tough! Keep me posted.
