Don't know about the brewers yeast. Don't use it. Nothing stays frozen very long. Sneakers is about 15 months and we haven't let her climb on our head in about 4/5 months. Anytime she trys we just take her off our head, while saying NO in a stern voice! Then put her where its OK to be. We did this for climbing the curtains also. It has worked, she rarely climbs on our head or the curtains these days. Of course, now that she will read this, I'm sure the first thing she will do is climb where she is not suppose to be. Little poop. Did I say little? LOL
