Brewers Yeast and Iguana on my Head

I have two questions. I put Vionate in Igs food, three times a week. Do I have to put in Brewers Yeast in addition, on instead of? Also, my Gus is 16 months old and her favorite place is on my head. That is how I carry her to the tub. What do I do when she can't fit on my head anymore? It's getting close. Thanks in advance, all.
