Tried to find something in my Fyre or Hatfield book. Doesn't really fit any description in either book. The only thing that even came close was blister disease. Don't get excited, it says that they look like human blisters and you described lumps. The other one is black fungus disease which happens in young igs, but the affected skin is black (hense the name) not yellow.
I would see if you can find a herp vet relatively close. Check the link below. There are vets recommended by the people who use them. Also, at the bottom of the main page are links to ARAV & Melissa Kaplans vet sites.
