Jeff, Spinach is a real no no. Its very high in oxalic acid. It is responsible for blocking the absorption of calcium which in a short time I'm sure you know would lead to MBD. Apple also I believe can me toxic to your iggy if fed too often. That said devise your own diet after doing research. I downloaded pages and pages of vegs, fruits and greens nutritional content paying close attention to calcium phosphorous ratios and oxalic acid (calcium oxalates) content. I use a vitamin and calcium supp. 2-3 times per week in powdered form. The sprays should be taken off the market in my opinion. We can't absorb these nutrients through OUR skin so how could an Ig possible do it.
I loved the layout of your web site. Keep up the good work and try and improve on the diet. Your ig looks like such a cutie. I can barely remember when mine were that small. At 4.5 feet now it seems like an eternity ago.
