I think Mike has it figured out :) You put an ig high up and they quite often will get an attitude.
I've seen this happen with 4 Ig's that were moved from lower quarters to high quarters. Personaly I think they
are quite happy being up high and don't want you invading their high territory.T-rex my female can be a real jerk in her 71/2 ft high enclosure, but once she's out and about roaming the house she's fine.

It's not uncommon for Ig's that have higher enclosures to come down to the bottom and poop. It is at the bottom on the enclosure that I set up a large cat litter pan filled with water,
and unless it's gravid time for T-rex she always uses the pan for pooping. :)
