I know how you feel. I recently purchased (actually, rescued) a two year old female iguana from one of my friends. Her tail is missing a lot, because he dropped a cage or something on it and she is missing some nails. But she's doing a lot better since she isn't bottled up in a cgae all day anymore. She has been showing some attitude recently when I allowed her to hang out on a high bookshelf. Whe I went to get her down she opened her mouth at me and showed some attitiude towards me. When I put on some gloves to get her down, she bit them, but it wasn't very hard. I think has some kind of complex problem or whatever. Superiority I guess. When she's higher up than me and others, she seems to be more stubborn. After I got her down, I placed her in her cage and put her to bed. It was past her bedtime anyways.
