I feed my igs hibiscus leaves as a staple when I can swipe them from work that is! The people at work have written me off as hopeless (see what keeping igs can do for one's reputation!)
Here's a link for you to investigate nutritional
properties of plants.....like hibiscus... sometimes you gotta search more than one "type" of same plant to find the content but hibiscus is hibiscus..there is not too much variation (soil conditions) in nutritional value from a hibiscus grown in Hawaii and a hibiscus grown in England.
