Hatchlings and Juvvies 1 pinch(or a barely visible dusting) once a day

Adults 1 pinch per kilo(2.2#) of body weight once or twice a week.

Gravid females 1 pinch per meal while gravid and for a few days afterwards.

And check with the vet for exact dosages for your sittuation.

AND be sure to feed a good, balanced diet. These are SUPPLEMENTS, not SUBISTUTES for a healthy dit. And watch the A vitamin. Toxic in large doses. The good supplements use beta-carotene.
The body converts that to vitamin A as needed, no worry of over dose. IMHO
