Hmmmm. In regards to patenting the Hab-IG-trail, maybe I should! See, back in the 70's, when I was in high school, I raised mice as Xtra credit for the psychology class to run mazes with. After someone turned my colony loose in the dorm mother's apt. she told me they had to go. I took a sheet of plywood and nailed a dozen various sized mouse/hamster cages to it and connected them with plastic tubing and wire mesh. Then I hung the whole thing up on the wall outside the psych. class. And there it stayed, throughout the next 2 years (was still there when I left, someone new each year caring for mice)
It would be interesting to find out WHO "invented" the Habitrail and WHEN. I've always wondered about that.....
