Here's a link to ARAV herp vet referral service maybe some others you can take her to will offer better advice. Did this vet do bloodwork? or lance and culture the abcess? I'd be leary of any vet offering those kinds of drastic options (amputating limbs as a course of action) these igs need every one of em!
