Re the turnabout....okay, you.....you dubbed me "linkmomma" so I think I should get to name you. How do you feel about "Diet Diva"? With all the research you've done on foods, etc. etc. etc. I think you should have a title of honor. :o) I would personally like being a diva...an entourage to do my bidding would be nice, too LOL

Be sure to read that blurb I've got under kidneys and what Anne wrote....I'd like feedback from you. Am I reading it right? A bit of added calcium carbonate to a meal would benefit?
